Villa Sunset Hydra

Located on a quiet up-market neighborhood,(Only a 5’ walking distance from the port) this executive home sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms in absolute comfort.

Villa Sunset is stone-built and consists of the ground floor and two floors of total area of 120 square meters,. 

On each floor there are terraces with a unique view of the island, the endless blue of the sea and the port of Hydra.

On the first level there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Two of them with two double beds and the third bedroom with two single beds.
The rooms are fully air-conditioned. 

On the second level there are the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. 
The furnishing of the house is made of walnut. The living room contains a fireplace, a 65' inches flat screen tv to watch the movies for the time you like to stay home and relax watching Netflix . 

The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances such as dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator, washing machine.

The pool on the upper level will cool you down when you feel hot and the spectacular sunset harbor view around the pool will create a relaxed ambiance .

Villa Sunset will appeal especially to those who enjoy the evening light with spectacular sunset views. Overlooking Hydra's attractive and very photogenic harbour, you can watch the comings and goings of the yachts and cruisers as they moor below you. As the house is located on the east side of Hydra's amphitheatre, you can also see the panoramic inland views of the west side of the town above the harbour, the mountains and the start of the valley of Kamini.


This beautiful villa is, by Hydra standards, a modern house and while it conforms to the architectural style of Hydra property, it has been built, finished and furnished to a very high standard of quality and comfort. With 120 sqm meters of living space, it's not the largest holiday rental on Hydra but it's perfectly formed and exceptionally well equipped so that the most discerning of visitors including those who value their privacy. (Film producer Robert Lantos of Serendipity Point Films, used Villa Sunset as his base on the island when scenes for 'Fugitive Pieces' was filmed on Hydra.)
